Problem: HR teams were juggling registrations, payments, and training progress across scattered tools — hard to see what’s happening right now and what needs action.

Goal: Build a single dashboard that answers, in seconds: Who’s in? Who paid? Who’s pending? Who completed? and what revenue looks like over time.

My role: Led the UX case study + dashboard UI design — from research and personas to wireframes, UI system, and a final interactive dashboard layout.

Solution: Designed TrainingOps, an HR management dashboard with:

• KPI cards (Registered / Paid / Pending / Completed) with trend indicators
• A clear conversion funnel (Applicants → Registered → Paid → Completed)
• Revenue by month to track performance over time
• Structured navigation: Courses & Cohorts, Registrations, Payments, Progress, Insights

Outcome: A clean, decision-first interface that helps HR spot bottlenecks, track training health, and act quickly — without digging through spreadsheets.
